Donations are needed to help pay for expenses to operate the Angie Barry Memorial 5K Run/Walk Event at Hummer Sports Park on June 22, 2024. 

The 5K race/walk event is a fundraising event to fund the Angie Barry High School Scholarship Fund setup at the Topeka Community Foundation. Each year, chosen high school athletes will be given a scholarship in honor of Angie Barry. Topeka West High School is primary scholarship location but we hope to setup future scholarships, in Angie’s name, in all Topeka high schools.

Donations are not tax-deductible but 100% of what you donate will go towards expenses to operate the race or into the scholarship fund.

We are hoping to raise through donations and sponsorships $28,000 – $34,000 for the race.
